Single Cards are used for guidance for the day, or for a current situation where there is a range of choices available for a particular scenario.  For instance, you might be faced with having to choose between attending two separate meetings.  Which one will help you most?

The Triad - 3 cards:  Read from right to left, since we are using Hebrew script, the Triad is ideal for giving insight into a wide range of projects or problems.  It is quick, & gives an indication of how things unfold over time.  (See also, the Triangle spread, which gives more detail on timings.)

The first card is in the Cardinal mode in astrological terms, & indicates the state of the start of the process.  The second card, in the Fixed mode, relates to the development of the project or event.  The third card, in the Mutable mode, gives an indication of how the project will turn out. 

The Triangle - 7 Cards.  This layout gives a more detailed indication of the timing of the various aspects of a project.  The cards are grouped to look at the present position, 6-9 months, 1-2 years, & the heart of the matter.

The Elements - 4 cards:   Looking at the question from the persepctive of Fire (Spirit), Air (Mind), Water (Emotions) & Earth (Physicality), this reading helps to work with situations to maintain balance & harmony in all aspects of your being.

Soul Purpose - 5 cards:  Since your Soul's purpose is set at the very beginning of your creation, it does not vary.  You will therefore only need to do this reading once, & the question is always 'What is my Soul's purpose?'.  The information gleaned can be applied to your life as a whole, as well as to the details of specific situations. It combines very well with the Solomon's Seal reading.

Solomon's Seal - 6  cards:  The question posed for this reading is always the same:  'What must I develop  in order to manifest my life-purpose & what help is there for me in the invisible world?'   The cards are chosen in 2 groups of 3, one for Earth support & one for Heaven support.

The Flower - 7 cards:  This reading shows the development of a project, & is based on the power of 6, the number of manifestion & creation, plus a 7th card representing the place of rest following creation.

The Twelve Mansions - 12 cards:  Based on the 12 astrological houses, each card respresents a different aspect of life, such as personal resources or relationships.  A useful spread if you are starting on a new project & want to understand yourself at a deeper level.

A Year & A Day - 13 cards:  Another way of looking at how a project might unfold over a period of time.
