Shipping

Postage & packing to addresses within the UK mainland is free. 

Shipping is calculated at a rate of 10% of the order cost for orders in the UK (outside of mainland) & Europe.  For the rest of the world, 15% of the order cost is added. 

We use Royal Mail services, sending all parcels by first class post or Airsure, for which an online tracking service is available.  Additional insurance is available as an optional extra.

VAT & Taxes  

We are not VAT registered.  The buyer is responsible for any local taxes.

Returns

 As we are currently unable to seal bottles of essences, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the essences have been dispatched.  We can, however, accept returns of books & cards, in perfect, unopened condition.  Refunds will be arranged on receipt of the returned goods.
